North Carolina’s Leading Fertility Center is Giving Away a Free IVF Cycle During National Infertility Awareness Week®
CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA, April 2021 - REACH – Reproductive Endocrinology Associates of Charlotte, is giving away an IVF cycle in recognition of National Infertility Awareness Week®, April 18 – 24, 2021. REACH has been treating patients throughout the Southeast and beyond with Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) techniques since 1988.
National Infertility Awareness Week® (NIAW) was established by RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association in 1989. Their objective is to empower those going through infertility and change the conversation surrounding infertility. Even though there have been great strides made surrounding infertility treatments and the discussion of all treatment options, there is still misinformation and barriers for people who need help building their family. RESOLVE hopes to empower all infertility patients to share their story and recognize they are not alone.
In the spirit of this year’s National Infertility Awareness Week® theme of empowerment and changing the conversation surrounding infertility, REACH is asking patients to submit their stories on-line or submitting to the practice itself. They want to hear what National Infertility Awareness Week® means to them personally, what their infertility journey has been like, their own hopes and what they want others to learn about having a diagnosis of infertility.
REACH is asking that patients submit their stories on their FaceBook page @REACHNorthCarolinaFertilityCenter or their Instagram page @reachfertility. They can also submit their story by mailing them into the practice, 1524 East Morehead Street, Charlotte, NC 28207, C/O NIAW. All story telling options are encouraged, videos, pictures, songs, poems, essay, whatever the patient is most comfortable with.
In order to participate, you must have completed a fertility evaluation with a REACH provider. All entries must be received before April 17, 2021.
During National Infertility Awareness Week®, a REACH provider will announce on social media a daily finalist beginning on Monday, April 19, 2021. On Friday, April 23, 2021, the winner of the IVF cycle will be announced.
